Just when y'all thought Hurricane Bertha was turnin into a itty bitty rain storm she picks up steam and heads towards Texas. I knew with a name like Bertha that there storm would be too stubborn to give up that fast. Course Festus Joe'd prolly say Bertha's too orney to give up that fast.
