Poor Festus Joe is a might bit jealous. Y'all remember that hurricane that got named after me? Well, now they's down to the Fs and instead a bein' Hurricane Festus it's gonna be Hurricane Fay. Poor feller. I keep tellin him maybe next year there will be a Hurricane Festus. Til that he surely will be feelin' poorly. Maybe Bosephus can find him some kind a trezure down to the dump that'll lift his spirits up some.
